·               Demonstrated ability to operate as a liaison for the District Headquarters to create viable relationships with contractors, PM’s, construction reps, Base Commanders and A/E’s.

·               Created and manipulated 2D and 3D Structural designs as required, tolerance, dimension and print drawings.

 

Hydrologic Technician – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Engineering Division – Technology Section – Full Time – January 1987 to December 1998

 

·               Independently researched and collected data such as photography, stream velocities, rainfall depths, stream bank conditions, sewer pipe sizes and inverts for the compilation of Federal Flood Protection Studies.

·               Created models simulating flood conditions for sewer pipes, streams and rivers using HEC-1 and HEC-2.

·               Demonstrated ability to work independently to compile, organize and coordinate from the ground up, complex digital geographic data to create various scale highly detailed maps for the military.
